It’s been over a week since Mehrin and I went up to Bendigo, but I didn’t get to blog about it, because last week was so silly.
Mehrin and I caught the train up on Saturday afternoon. When we got to the station Ali and Di asked us if we wanted to go on an adventure. [...]

Been out on the verandah tonight (Thursday) projecting my Easter animations onto the glass, to get a bit of an idea what it would look like:
Noticed that a lot of people who were out for the night sat down on the front steps of the church. Wondered if others from the church realise how many [...]

So Trav and Cara’s wedding went really well on Saturday. Extremely hot day. It was Melbourne’s hottest day on record, and it got up to at least 43°C in Ballarat. Very hot at the church, even hotter at the Botanical Gardens for wedding party photos, much nice at the racecourse in Miners Rest. I managed [...]

When I was in Bendigo on Thursday I found manna on the leaves of some of the ecucalypts in Golden Square.
Manna is this white stuff that somehow forms on the leaves of some eucalypts (I think it has something to do with a kind of insect), which you can eat. It tastes sweet.

Tomorrow morning (Thursday) I’m going up to Bendigo to visit Trav and Cara at the Scripture Union mission there, Kids4Life. When I get back to Melbourne we’re driving out to Johanna (past Apollo Bay) for a Seeds City mob retreat. And on Sunday we have the Seeds Consecration Service in Norlane.
So I won’t be blogging [...]

Just gotten back from running ‘Advent Conspiracy’ in Long Gully, Bendigo. Mehrin, Marcus, Naomi and I packed everything into the van, drove it up there, and then Dave, Kylie and Ali helped us set up.
Here’s pics and video:
